Further to the recent announcements from the Government we are very pleased to inform all our customers that we are planning to re-open to the public on Monday 12th of April.
From week commencing 29th March, the stay at home order is scheduled to be lifted, after which, customers will be able to collect purchased vehicles already ordered and prepared for handover and collection.
Therefore, White Arches staff will be working hard from 29th March to prepare sold Caravans and Motorhomes that are currently on our premises and awaiting collection by customers. We will be busy preparing these vehicles ready for our customers to collect after this date.
Our priority will be to contact all customers to update them on work progress. Our Service Team will be available to take annual service bookings and our Sales Team will be taking sales appointments and confirming customer handover dates.
Our retail forecourts and accessory shops are to remain closed to the general public until we fully re-open on Monday 12th April From week commencing Monday 12th of April we will be fully open whilst continuing with good Covid-safe practices including sanitation stations, an increased hygiene regime and following social distancing guidance for the safety of all customers and staff.
