COACHMAN CARAVANS ‘ROAD TO FREEDOM CASHBACK OFFER’

Coachman Caravan Company Limited (registered company No. 02014660), whose registered office is at Amsterdam Road, Sutton Fields Industrial Estate, Hull, East Yorkshire, HU7 0XF (Coachman Caravans) is the promoter of a ‘Road to Freedom’ cashback promotion (Promotion).

1. Eligibility
2. 1  The Promotion is available to all customers who order a 2021 model year Coachman Caravan (“Qualifying Vehicle”) from an authorised Coachman Caravan retailer (“Authorised Retailer”) between 1st August 2020 and 1st November 2020 (inclusive), subject to these terms and conditions.
3. 2  Details of Authorised Retailers can be found at www.coachman.co.uk/find-a-dealer.
4. 3  The customer must take delivery of the Qualifying Vehicle within 45 days of the Qualifying Vehicle’s build date, or 45 days from the date of the customer’s order if the Qualifying Vehicle has already been built.
5. 4  The Promotion is available to UK residents only and does not apply to demonstrator models or to any orders which have been cancelled or rejected for any reason
6.  5  The final decision on whether any claim made by or on behalf of a customer qualifies for this Promotion is reserved exclusively to Coachman Caravans.

1. Making a claim

1. 1  Coachman Caravans must receive the warranty registration and the ‘Road to Freedom’ cash back claim form (Claim Form) for the relevant Qualifying Vehicle along with any other information reasonably requested by Coachman Caravans within 30 days from the date of delivery to the customer. Any claim received by Coachman Caravans after the 30 day period will not be accepted.
2. 2  The customer shall be bound by these terms and conditions and agrees to participate in this Promotion when the customer submits, or procures the Authorised Retailer to submit, a Claim Form to Coachman Caravans in connection with this Promotion.
3. 3  Only one claim can be made per Qualifying Vehicle.
4. 4  Coachman Caravans reserves the right to reject any claim that is incomplete, illegible, defaced or otherwise altered, or any claim which does not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full.  Coachman Caravans will decide at its sole discretion, and without any possibility for recourse from the customer, if a claim satisfies the requirements of these terms and conditions.
5. 5  Coachman Caravans reserves the right to refuse any claim if the Qualifying Vehicle has been, or is in the process of being, returned by the customer, or if Coachman Caravans believes that any fraudulent or other illegal activity is or has taken place.
6. 6  Coachman Caravans accepts no responsibility or liability for lost or damaged Claim Forms or if Coachman Caravans fails to receive the customer’s Claim Form or any other information required by Coachman Caravans to verify the claim.

1. Cashback

1. 1  The ‘Road to Freedom’ cashback is calculated as the difference between the 2021 Coachman Caravans’ recommended retail price including VAT at point of the customer’s order for the relevant Qualifying Vehicle and the 2020 equivalent price correct as 1st August 2020.
2. 2  On any order placed for a ‘Dealer Special Edition’ model, the ‘Road to Freedom’ cashback will be calculated against Coachman Caravans’ recommended retail price of the standard Qualifying Vehicle of which that special edition model is based upon.
3. 3  The ‘Road to Freedom’ cashback does not apply to factory fit options or dealer fit options.
4. 4  The ‘Road to Freedom’ cashback does not apply to the dealer delivery charge.
5. 5  Subject to full compliance with these terms and conditions, Coachman Caravans aims to issue a cheque for the relevant cashback amount within 60 days from the date on which it receives the Claim Form and any other information requested by Coachman Caravans pursuant to clause 2.1 to verify the claim. No alternative payment method will be offered.
6. 6  Cheques will be made payable to the payee nominated in the Claim Form and will be sent to the address specified in the Claim Form. Coachman Caravans accepts no responsibility or liability if the information set out on the Claim Form is incomplete or incorrect.

1. 1  Coachman Caravans reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, or alter the Promotion or these terms and conditions without prior notification at any time where such withdrawal, suspension or alteration is deemed to be reasonable by Coachman Caravans or where it is deemed necessary to do so.
2. 2  Coachman Caravans’ decision on all matters relating to this Promotion is final and binding and cannot be contested.
3. 3  Any personal data supplied by the customer, or by the Authorised Retailer on the customer’s behalf, in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for administering this Promotion and in accordance with data protection legislation (including, but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018).  Please see Coachman Caravans’ privacy policy for further information about how Coachman Caravans processes personal data (https://www.coachman.co.uk/privacy-policy).
4. 4  These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Coachman Caravan Company Limited (registered company No. 02014660), whose registered office is at Amsterdam Road, Sutton Fields Industrial Estate, Hull, East Yorkshire, HU7 0XF (“Coachman Caravans”) is the promoter of a £10,000 prize draw (“Prize Draw”).
• The Prize Draw is available to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over only and does not apply to demonstrator models or to any orders which have been cancelled or rejected for any reason.
• The Prize Draw is not open to directors, employees or agents of Coachman Caravans, or their family members, or anyone else connected directly to or professionally associated with Coachman Caravans.
• Entering the Prize Draw using a false name or address or via an agent or third party will result in disqualification of your entry.  You shall at all times act in good faith to Coachman Caravans and in respect of the Prize Draw, and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  Failure to do so will result in disqualification of your entry.
• The final decision on whether a customer qualifies for the Prize Draw is reserved exclusively to Coachman Caravans.

1. How to Enter 

• To enter the Prize Draw, you must order a Season 2021 Coachman Caravan (not Demonstrator Model) (“Qualifying Vehicle”) from an authorised Coachman Caravan retailer (“Authorised Retailer”) between 1st October 2020 and 1st November 2020 (inclusive and subject to clause 4.1), and you must take delivery of the Qualifying Vehicle within 45 days of the Qualifying Vehicle’s build date, or 45 days from the date of the customer’s order if the Qualifying Vehicle has already been built.
• Details of Authorised Retailers can be found at coachman.co.uk/find-a-dealer.
• Coachman Caravans must receive the warranty registration for the relevant Qualifying Vehicle and entry form for the Prize Draw along with any other information reasonably requested by Coachman Caravans within 30 days from the date of delivery to the customer, and in any event before midnight on 2 May 2021 (subject to clause 4.1).  Any entry received by Coachman Caravans after this date will not be accepted.
• The customer shall be bound by these terms and conditions and agrees to participate in this Prize Draw when the customer submits, or procures the Authorised Retailer to submit, an Entry Form to Coachman Caravans in connection with this
• Only one entry can be made per Qualifying Vehicle.
• There is no charge for entering the Prize Draw
• Coachman Caravans reserves the right to reject any entry that is incomplete, illegible, defaced or otherwise altered, or any entry which does not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full.  Coachman Caravans will decide at its sole discretion, and without any possibility for recourse from the customer, if an entry satisfies the requirements of these terms and conditions.
• Coachman Caravans reserves the right to refuse any entry if the Qualifying Vehicle has been, or is in the process of being, returned by the customer, or if Coachman Caravans believes that any fraudulent or other illegal activity is or has taken place.
• Coachman Caravans accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, mislaid, or damaged Entry Forms or if Coachman Caravans fails to receive the customer’s Entry Form or any other information required by Coachman Caravans by the deadline to verify the claim.

1. Winner Announcement

• Subject to clause 4.1, the winner of the Prize Draw will be drawn at random by an independent adjudicator out of all eligible entries on 5th July 2021 (“Draw Date”), and the winner will win a cash prize of £10,000.  There is one prize.
• Subject to full compliance with these terms and conditions, Coachman Caravans aims to issue a £10,000 cheque to the winner within 14 days from the Draw Date.  No alternative payment method will be offered.
• Cheques will be made payable to the payee nominated in the Entry Form and will be sent to the address specified in the Entry Form.  Coachman Caravans accepts no responsibility or liability if the information set out on the Entry Form is incomplete or incorrect.
• The prize is not negotiable, and it is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

• Coachman Caravans reserves the right to extend the period of the Prize Draw and to adjust the Draw Date if Coachman Caravans’ ability to supply Qualifying Vehicles is prevented, hindered, or delayed by an event outside of its control, including but not limited to the closure of any Authorised Retailer as a result of any law or any action taken by a government or public authority.  In such circumstances the dates for Prize Draw and the Draw Date will be extended by a period equivalent to the period during which Coachman Caravans’ ability to supply Qualifying Vehicles is prevented, hindered, or delayed.
• Coachman Caravans reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, or alter the Prize Draw or these terms and conditions without prior notification at any time where such withdrawal, suspension or alteration is deemed to be reasonable by Coachman Caravans or where it is deemed necessary to do so.
• Coachman Caravans’ decision on all matters relating to this Prize Draw is final and binding and cannot be contested.

• Coachman caravans shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Prize Draw except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including but not limited to Coachman Caravans’ liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation).  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or affect your statutory rights.
• Coachman Caravans will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment incurred or suffered by any person as a result of that person entering the Prize Draw, not being able to take part in the Prize Draw, or accepting the prize.
• Enquiries relating to the Prize Draw (including enquiries about personal data collected about you as a result of your entry) should be addressed and sent to Coachman Caravans at the above address or by email to jackie@coachman.co.uk.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
